Villa Susca - villa sul mare

Villa Susca is an amazing private property with onsite parking, overlooking the ocean and within walking distance to an incredible beach. It is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Angelica is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home. She also provided us with great recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to visit. We highly recommend Villa Susca as a home-away-from-home.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful accommodation in Monopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn't have been better – close to stunning sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, yet still offering plenty of privacy. Angelica, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly accommodating and always ready to offer helpful recommendations. The property truly felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts you'd expect. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the patio overlooking the sea was simply the icing on the cake. We spent many mornings and evenings there, soaking in the view. I can't recommend this place enough – we left with wonderful memories and hope to return someday!

Villa Susca was an incredible renovated property with all the amenities required. Villa based on right on the beach and. Very close to all the neighbouring towns and beautiful beaches. Angelica was amazing as a host and no question was a problem. We will definitely stay at Villa Susca again.

Angelica our host was extremely nice and exceptional. Her warm welcome , her beautiful Villa ocean view …. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine and ocean .

Amazing sanctuary in a beautiful part of Italy. Immaculately presented with all necessary facilities. Was made to feel very at home from initial greeting by Angelica and her family, who waited patiently for me as delayed at airport.

Villa Susca is in a wonderful location - it is a few minutes walk to amazing beaches and a short walk into town. It is a great base to explore other towns in Puglia.

The place was very clean, nice playground in the yard. My son loved it. Very close to a small beach, walking distance to the Old Town. At the time we stayed there was a loud amusement park across the street, but otherwise it’s a quite place. Big supermarket 7 mins walk from Villa. The host was very communicative and helpful. Helped us with transportation from train station as we couldn’t find a taxi. Was present at the property basically everyday. Thanks for the stay!

The location was excellent and our host, Angelica, was really friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed.
