Villa Susca - villa sul mare

If you’re driving it’s great! We were able to walk 10 minutes to the beach, & the bikes that were provided to ride into Monopoli every morning for our coffee. We enjoyed having sunset drinks on the balcony most nights.

Tutto è pensato nei minimi dettagli e Angelica è una persona molto gentile e attenta alla serenità dei suoi ospiti. La posizione è ottima. Un posto in cui ritornare.

Die Unterkunft war sehr stadtnah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein guter Supermarkt war ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive ein paar Gewürzen. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen waren reichlich vorhanden und es standen kostenfreie Räder sowie ein Carport für das Auto zur Verfügung. Angelika war sehr freundlich und hat uns trotz unsere Ankunft kurz vor Mitternacht noch persönlich und herzlich empfangen.

Great Location, view (at least one of the two Apartment we rented, in both cases access to a very nice Garden), .. all very nice and perfect place to exploit wonderful Apulia

Property was clean and comfortable.

Although not directly stated in the listing, it’s easy to assume that the property has direct access to the nearby beach. However this is not the case. Also there is very little in the way of restaurants in walking distance.

The villa was in the most perfect location. Easy to walk to town to enjoy the marina views, restaurants, and shops. We had our own oasis of a lovely covered back porch, private sandy spot to sit and watch the water. The kitchen is appointed perfectly with all that you need to cook a lovely meal. Angelica is an absolute doll and we cannot say enough about her gracious hospitality.

The location. Away from the bustle of the old town though easy, 15-minute walk to town. Spacious garden with multiple seating area. Easy access to beach and coastal walks. Great, and much appreciated, parking. Nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchenettes. (We booked both villas). The property manager is very kind and responsive.

We prefer nicer bedding (cotton blankets or duvets). The Villas were chilly (early May); likely a big plus in the summer! There is a beach club over two blocks away that cranks their music during the afternoons that they are open. Relaxing outside can be challenging if you seek peace & quiet. Club stops music in early evening.
