Petite maison mitoyenne très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même le café, le sel, le poivre et l'huile d'olive, les biscottes et la confiture pour les petits déjeuners... Supermarché à proximité et accessible à pied. La maison est située en banlieue de Monopoli et au premier abord, les immeubles derrière gâchent un peu la localisation en bord de mer. Mais le bord de mer est magnifique et encore sauvage, la petite plage accessible facilement à pied. Pas de monde mais nous y étions en avril ;) Attention, on ne peut pas accéder à la plage de la maison.

Location was superb, but be aware it is about 15 minutes walk to Monopoli and restaurants etc. Everything we needed was there. As we had two very stormy days we noticed internal comfortable seating was limited, just the chairs at the breakfast table. This should not put people off as the weather was exceptional and the external seating arrangements are excellent.

Internal seating for those days with very bad weather. But this seating would just reduce space for most of the time.

Beautiful grounds, close to the beach and close to town.

We had the best 7 days on a mother and daughter trip and loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, Angelica was so kind and welcoming, sharing great tips about the area. The house is peaceful, spotless, and right by the sea with beautiful views - the photos really don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed meals out on the patio. The little touches, like the coffee machine and Angelica’s own olive oil, made it feel extra special. Bikes were available to use, with a cycle path that takes you into Monopoli’s centre in just 5 minutes. The town itself is about a 12-minute walk, full of fantastic restaurants. Nearby are beautiful coves for swimming and sunbathing, plus a supermarket just minutes away. Transport links are convenient too, with buses to the train station for easy trips to Bari, Polignano a Mare, and Brindisi. We also rented a car locally to visit Alberobello and Matera. Everything about this stay was relaxing and well thought out, we highly recommend and cannot wait to return 🫶🏼
