All was good for the price. Mak gave me a very warm welcome and was very interesting to talk to. It was a pleasure to meet him

The deposit for key , tv remote and the non return of funds and just over poor state of the accommodation no towels and just very basic room

1. I waited outside for 20-30mins before I can checkin to my room because its not ready yet. 2. Beds are crumpled and with stains including linen, bedsheet and Pillows cover. 3. No key was given so I cant left my room, I cant Go to shop to buy or walk in the morning. 4. Parking is on the busy street, its not safe at all 5. No hot water

B3 should not used for accommodation. It is too small. It does not have basic things to make a room for lodge. The bed cover in rooms need to be changed as as well.

The kitchen and living room were really cool, and Mak even offered to cook for me. This room was cheap as chips, so I appreciated that it was good value but also comfortable. Mak was very kind and helpful, would definitely stay again.
