"Nit a good place to stop wasn't happy my guest had to sleep on the street and no refund bk"

Nothing my guess couldn't stop was he had no idea put I booked it and managed ring me and said I do not get my refund bk put paid for it in full

Leaving!!

The place is someone's house who's giving it a fancy name to attract people, I was in a box room with no key to the locks the Owner said just take your valuables with you! Also shared bathroom and broken shower head creaky noises when guests move around! Try to avoid if you don't want to be Disappointed.

Location.... & good facilities......freindy & welcoming..... hygiene was catered for.... clean to a good living standard...... wouldn't & couldn't fault the accommodation......

Nothing, definitely dont ever go here, I specified whilst booking that I would arrive around midnight then after I paid fee called me back to say they couldnt accomodate me. Took my money and ripped me off to tell me they wouldnt refund me. Nothing, shut them down and take them off this site. Absolutely disgusting attrocious.

Everything, customer service horrendous, barely spoke any english at all and then palmed me off as soon as I mentioned I wanted a refund or some sort of compensation, would not recommed here at all. Soo bad they shouldnt even be on booking.com. Disgusting and did not give any help or alternatives
