Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa

The spa with the possibility to see the sunset.

-An intensive bad smell during the night that woke us up and made it impossible to sleep again. -The industrial harbor on front of the property. -Poor facilities in the room compared to being a 4 star hotel, noisy toilet , uncontrolled AC, small room and no mini bar. -Staff denying problems, it requires a lot of fighting to make them look into and acknowledge the problems. In general the staff is not professional in their way of responding. - During the night shift there was a student worker who is responsible for everything and has no authority to act, so her answers for our problems was usually (I am sorry but I can’t do anything).

Op de foto’s ziet het er prima uit maar de hotel kamers zijn echt vreselijk. Super klein, heel ongezellig en zeer gedateerd. Hier wil je niet even relaxen. De badkamer is zo klein dat je er bijna niet in kan staan. Tv deed het niet en er hing een muffe geur. Het hotel ligt op een industrieterrein. Wij zouden dit hotel niet aanraden.
