Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa

Lugn miljö. Väldigt trevlig personal överallt. Kul med alla spel och massagefotöljerna. Bra gym! Vi bodde här två nätter utan att använda spa delen och var väldigt nöjda med allt.

Très bel hôtel, confortable et très bien décoré. Mais les chambres sont exiguës surtout la salle de bain. Hélas, l'hôtel est situé au milieu d'une zone industrielle entre raffinerie et voie de transport rail et docks. Il n'y a strictement rien à faire autour de l'hôtel, les photos sont trompeuses car on n'est pas du tout au bord de la mer... Tromperie !

Du fait de l'emplacement industriel, pas du tout convenu d'après les photos, on est resté un jour au lieu de 3. L'hôtel a bien voulu annuler les deux dernières nuits.

I must like this hotel as I've stayed over 10 times now - great staff, good gym, good parking (especially for EV's) and a good restaurant. Very little to really fault for a business trip.

The rooms are really quite small! The location is a bit remote from anything / in the middle of the port area.

Es war Leben im Hotel und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Restaurant war wirklich gut und das Frühstück extrem reichhaltig.

Das Zimmer war für zwei Menschen mit großem Hund zu klein und unattraktiv. Da konnten wir wirklich nur schlafen.

Last-minute price. Friendly and supportive Hotel staff.

What I expect from a Hotel to be marked as good. 1) Nice breakfast 2) Comfortable bed. 3) AC. What I met in the hotel: 1) Not fresh bread. On the first day, I thought it is a mistake. But the next day it was the same. 2) Terrible soft bed, which may be 10 years old. 3) The hotel, which rates itself as 4 4-star hotel, does not have AC in the rooms. It is unacceptable. I could hardly sleep as it was very warm inside.
