"Great place, easy walking distance into the town perfect"

The bathroom was amazing. The shower was lovely. Kitchen facilities couldn’t fault it at all room size was great. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the next door house was noisy and partying loud and music until about 3:30 in the morning but other than that studio 22 was very very good Enjoyed the day thank you

The only thing that I would change is the mattress it was just very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Got rather bad backache after but couldn’t fault anything else.

"Great location with good transport links close by."

Stayed for 3 nights. Location great for the Tennis Centre and also the University. Tram stop just outside. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would certainly stay there again.

"Apart of the damp smell it was good."

The location, easy to find, cleanliness, private bathroom, good communication.

The very strong smell of dampness!!!!Had to open the windows to air the room but it didn’t help! This is dangerous to breath in and unacceptable! As soon as we opened the room door to studio 1 the odour was overwhelming! This needs to be sorted. We stayed in July upstairs in a studio and were very happy with everything.
