It was very clean. Excellent. Everything you'd have at home, iron and ironing board. Very clean bathroom. Great to have access to kitchen and cook and have breakfast.

very cold, the staff was very rude on the phone, in the morning the neighbour blocked our car on the driveway

I have stayed here several times now and always have pleasant stays. Communication from the host and check in instructions are clear, each room has a good range of facilities (bathroom, fridge, kettle, hob, sink etc.), the rooms are always clean and it is in a perfect location for trips to the University of Nottingham.

What is the purpose of automatic lights in the bathroom ? The room is noisy because it is next to a tram line and an active traffic area
