Ocean Pool and Hillside Pool are not available during the monsoon season from May - October while the other 2 pools (Infinity Ozone Pool and Lap Exercise Pool) remain open all year round. === The property will be going through renovation works from 2026-09-11 until 2026-09-24. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available. === Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the property. If the same card cannot be provided, the property may charge a new credit card and refund the previous card for security purposes. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) 3) Copy of the cardholder's valid passport (with signature) Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note that room rates on 31 December include New Year Dinner. Any guests in excess of the occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
