Chambre assez classique

It was absolutely stunning. Impeccably maintained and had beautiful grounds. The resort is large and hilly but they provide a free shuttle if you don't fancy a walk which is almost instant in arrival. We stayed in a villa which was more than enough room for our little family of 4. It was super clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. View was also sea view and beautiful. There were a few pools, which I believe are all salt water. They were super clean and gorgeous, loads of sun beds too and never crowded. Breakfast was also lovely, something for everyone and the staff were just beyond helpful. Overall we thought this hotel was brilliant, we would return and recommend it to any family looking for quiet luxury.

Being picky: gym was average and the kids play room was very basic, messy and not in line with the rest of the hotel's high standards.

Great staff and food

Bedding too hard not very comfortable for 5 stars

Everyone is always friendly and says hello as you walk by, beach was cleaned daily which is AMAZING (we came from Railay beach and it’s dirty from the boats, over tourism and full of trash). The design of the hotel rooms and hotel itself is pretty special and the pool was amazing. Also separate pools which lets you escape from the noisy kids if you want a kids free stay

Walking to the rooms at the top of the mountain was a marathon in the heat. The hotel does offer concierge car service but you have to wait 15 min and I didn’t want to bother them. Pricing for everything in the hotel is on the pricey side but expected for a resort. The price for a massage was ~1200 baht but we went and got a massage at the next door hotel which was located right on the beach for 700 baht.

Das Frühstück war groß und wirklich sehr gut. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmerreinigung war ordentlich. Zimmer groß und geräumig.

Jeden Tag war unser Bett feucht wegen der defekten Klimaanlage. Die Funktion für Trocknen war deaktiviert. 3x in der früh zwischen 5 und 6 ausgefallen. Haben als Entschädigung einen Obstkorb erhalten. Bett und Kleidung im Koffer blieb trotzdem weiterhin feucht. Lift in den zweiten Stock fast einen Tag defekt prima mit Kinderwagen und zwei Kindern. Wenig Schatten für Kinder. Sonnensegel im Kinder bereich (Pool) wäre wirklich dringend nötig bei diesen Temperaturen. Starke Ablagerungen im Pool wurden 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise aber gereinigt. Ozean Pool wurde noch beworben und am Tag unserer Ankunft abgebaut. Keine Liegen mehr am Strand vorhanden seit dem 19.4

Nous avons passé 5 jour a l hotel et avons apprécié le cadre de l hotel parfaitement intégré a la vegetation, la gentillesse du personnel, les piscines, les restaurant de l hotel. Les chambres étaient spacieuse et parfaitement agencées.
