Well, this is far worse than the rating suggested! 😳 Do NOT go here!! I Know you usually get what you pay for, but here you don’t even get that! The plays is a dumpster. There is so much wrong with this place…. #1. No lamp I working in the upper stare case! #2. No bedside lamps (there are two) is working in the rom. #3. Just one (Jused?)pillow case in the pickup box! #4. No blanket in the room #5. If they pay someone to clean here, then they’re getting ripped off! The host ladie was rude and asked me to leave when I ask about the things above!

Close to bus line to have quick access downtown. If you’re an adventurer, you can walk about a mile down state street and explore over 20 different restaurants. Instructions were sent via email and it was easy to follow to access the apartment. It was clean and quiet, I liked my room. Bathroom was clean and I felt comfortable showering. I chose a room with no a/c because I wanted to enjoy the cool breeze through the windows. Clean towels and sheets were provided. Microwave and mini fridge were in the room. Tons of outlets for my electronics. The desk was big enough for me to feel comfortable getting work done. When in New Haven I will ONLY stay here for the price and for the convenience.

I didn’t like that I had to leave so soon. I honestly wanted to stay another day, but due to my schedule I had to check out.

Neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Self-check in using door code was convenient. Owner was friendly. Plenty of parking; instructions were clear. We didn't really use the kitchen so no hassle there.

Leftover food in the designated bins in the fridge needed cleaning out.

Good location and easy access

I liked the design of the house, the organization. The owner took care of every detail to make his guests comfortable. I also liked very much the clear directions he gave to reach the property. Location is great. With many shopping places in the vicinity.

The stairs were a bit tricky to go up and down with two heavy suitcases. But it worked out in the end.
