Rock Pad for Yale, Visitors, Nurses, Staff

I booked a room at this property long time a go through Booking.com and I was charged then. Drove 7 hours from Maryland to Connecticut, only to be told upon arrival that my reservation was denied and they had no room for me. This left me stranded, with no alternative provided by the hotel or booking service. After 2 hours on the phone with Booking.com and no resolution, I had to book another hotel at almost 4 times the cost of my original reservation. Although the property refunded my money, they left me with no support, and Booking.com was equally unhelpful. This experience was extremely stressful, and I expected much better service from both the hotel and the booking platform. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, and my confidence in Booking.com has diminished significantly. I suggest considering other options for accommodation to avoid the risk of a similar experience.

the owner was really nice, communicative, and helpful. he genuinely cares. the bed was comfie, the kitchen was great, the shower was amazing! the largest rain showerhead iv ever seen. checking in and out was really easy.
