Le personnel est vraiment ce qui fait l'hôtel. Malgré certains disfonctionnements de l'hôtel, le personnel trouve toujours une solution. Ils sont très à l'écoute et très gentils. Merci beaucoup à Batuhan, qui est à la réception de nuit. Ils nous a emmené faire un tour en voiture à Ephèse et dans les villages alentours pour nous faire découvrir les spécialités locales, et nous lui sommes reconnaissants. L'équipe de la réception composée de Batuhan et Mehmet est très serviable, et a été très efficace lorsque que je suis tombée pour m'apporter la trousse de premiers secours et m'aider à désinfecter les plaies. Merci beaucoup à eux. Ils ont également été gentils d'envoyer un objet que j'avais oublié à l'hôtel, merci à eux. La cheffe cuisinière Nazan est très gentille et fait un très bon travail. Merci également à Berdi et Furkan pour s'être bien occupé de nous au restaurant et qu bar.

Le fait que la piscine ne soit ouverte que de 9h du matin à 19h, c'est un peu court.

If you are in need of relaxation, this is the place you are looking for. No kids, no drama, smooth music, clean pool and rooms, exceptional service, and delicious room service which is available until midnight. The staff members are incredibly nice. Huge shout out to Mehmet, Furkan and Çağrı! Overall, me and my wife really enjoyed our stay.

Love that it is a boutique hotel, romantic, cozy, personal, very clean, staff are very attentive, easy parking, pool area is amazing, breakfast is outstanding, close driving proximity to everything. A 10 out of 10 for a luxury feel.

The best hotel in Izmir, Cesme. Service, hotel facilities, cleanliness, breakfast everything is very good. You should definitely try it. I strongly recommend it.

Lovely small hotel, stylish interior, beautiful grounds, Balinese pool. There is a beautiful sea nearby. Friendly, smiling and cultured staff, especially Birdie. We really enjoyed our stay, it would be a pity to stay only for a day. I would also like to mention the food and drinks, everything was incredibly delicious. Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff for an unforgettable day, we will definitely come back again.
