The hotel is very stylish, and has recently redecorated (everything from the bed to the TV and fridge were recently installed.)The room was spotless. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful (especially Gizem, who also kindly provided us with suggestions when we asked). Lastly, the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide array of options to choose from. We are very thankful for the warm welcoming and the hospitality from everyone at Venzi!

The only minor issue we faced was the language barrier (most of the staff did not speak English fluently, and there weren't instructions on how to access the WiFi, or inform us on house rules and breakfast/pool hours - however the staff made the extra effort to translate and answer all our questions).

Had to pay extra for breakfast drinks such as orange juice, cappuccino and nobody told us about it

Lovely designed hotel, it is super super clean, pool area is amazing, the staff is wonderful, they let us check in early and take care of everything ☺️

The location, the position of the room with easy access to the pool, the owners' attempt to make you feel good after a late check-out, by the fact that I did not pay for what I consumed at the pool in the 2 days.

I don't know English, which is an international language and communication was very difficult. The same breakfast, we don't know if we wanted an omelette or a fried egg, we would have had to pay extra. We tried to check in at 13.00 for at least one room out of two and I was told that it could not be done until 14.00. I came back at 15.00 and then only one room was ready, in the idea that the whole hotel has 21 rooms. The cleaning in the room was done in the late afternoon. Apart from patrons who know a few words in English, the rest of the staff have to learn. The stairs at the pool had the screws loose with the risk of coming off everything.
