Solving problems was not the strongest point of this hotel. Example: coffee machine was broken at breakfast, therefore instead of opening the (free and unused) machine next to the pool, the staff served instant coffee to guests. Small details, but would improve guest experience.

GBGBThe breakfast was lovely so many different options. The facilities were excellent beautiful massive pool the food at lunchtime and dinner was delicious. I would definitely recommend getting a steak. It was one of the best meals I had on the trip. We also had a room with a pool, which was so good made us feel like we were having quite a luxurious trip. The spa facilities and gym were great and the staff were extremely friendly.
The hotel is quite far from the town and it cost roughly around โฌ18 to get into the main town. A lot of the taxi people would take the micky and overcharge us. This happened on quite a few occasions we were told we would get one price and we were overcharged by โฌ3. The hotel said they would give the money back but they never got it back. We also got overchanged to the airport by โฌ8. The other thing was an umbrella. Nearly hit me when I was lying outside however to say sorry the manager gave us a lovely bottle of Prosecco they sorted out the umbrellas after that, there was also one point when the water wasn't working but that was outside of the hotels control. I think they did a really good job in sorting out all the issues apart from the cost of taxis which is a separate company to the hotel.
