DEBeautiful new hotel with an excellent location, delicious food, great rooms, and a lovely spa and pool.
My experience was disappointing due to the service. On the day of arrival, not only was I unable to check in early, but I was checked in even later than the regular time. In the evening, I discovered that despite the long cleaning process, the jacuzzi in my room was full of sand. When I called the reception, I was told it could only be cleaned at 7:30 a.m. (!) the next day. I had booked the hotel for only two days, which means that for exactly half of my stay I couldn’t properly use the jacuzzi I specifically paid for. The following morning I was simply asked, ‘How is your jacuzzi now?’ When I explained the situation, the staff only smiled. There was no compensation or even a gesture of goodwill for the service I did not receive. On top of that, when I returned my key half an hour late after a massage on the day of check-out, I was immediately reprimanded. At breakfast, the staff reacted reluctantly and with visible displeasure when I asked for two drinks instead of one.
ILILCY1.The room was amazing and really clean! And very very quiet! Bed very comfortable! 2.The cleaners were cleaning very well! 3.The pool was clean and huge! With nice relaxing and comfortable bed seats. 4. Breakfast amazing! A lot of choices! Same for the restaurant! Ingredients were fresh! 5. Cocktails amazing! Nice bar outside close to the pool! 6. Parking spot very easy access and always could find a place. 7. Spa! Really good! I did the maternity massage! Loved it! 8. All the stuff really polite and always with a smile. 9. If you are looking for a quiet , relax and close to the centre and airport this is the place!
NLAl het personeel was top en zeer attent, op 1 grimmige man na die aan het serveren was bij het zwembad. Hij is geen toevoeging voor dit hotel! Kamers zijn super mooi, bedden slapen heerlijk, tv met verschillende apps. Eten is prima voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald.
