Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom sink did not have a stopper in it. It became clogged. I asked for a wake up call and the agreed to call me. Then the next morning no call at all and I was 30 minutes late. When I complained, they said that they don’t do wake up calls anymore. So why did they agree to it in the first place?

All three different front desk people were very rude not willing to help when I asked a question. Stayed there for three nights every day we had to get our room key fixed because it would not open the door. There was a live spider underneath the bedding in the sheets. False advertisement on the website indicating cooking facilities and a continental breakfast there was no continental breakfast whatsoever not even a room for the continental breakfast. There was not one coffee cup in the room only a sink and a microwave and two burners was not able to utilize the room the way we intended on using it.
