カードキーが、毎日のように使えなくなった。そして受付スタッフがいないことが多く、部屋に入れずにロビーで待たされることが何度もあった。それと、部屋に入った際、きちんと掃除がされていなかった。

The willing to help but that was limited and the location is great next to del amo mall

I was in 3 different rooms and the first one dirty and the bathroom had stains not sure of what. The second room had hair all over the bed and the sheets where dirty and the final room we had issues with the Cooke top
