Beds were perfectly placed and the room had a little two burner stove to cook instead of always sending money on fast food. Safe was nice

Just had a guest with a cat that didn’t like my dogs and they didn’t like him so it’s was ok when they didn’t cross path

There was a non-functioning flat screen TV that looked expensive and was nice.

The location which is all high end office building, luxury apartments and shopping is very nice. You property is this honey bucket amongst a civilized scenery. Only on your are there people sleeping in their car, abandon cars, trash everywhere, people who obviously are not staying in your hotel wandering around the parking lot looking for cars to break into.

The environment. Room had odor, whole building had odor, outdated and fixer uppers need on building.

The friendly staff Erica and Antonio made sure all needs and expectations were more than met.

Nothing. The rooms are outdated the furniture is cheap and the hotel stinks. Has a really bad odor.

There were no pots or pans / utensils or cooking pans. Only 1 person working night shift. Had to wait 24 hours for towels. Literally. My shower had mold in it and was dirty. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies because they were short staff.
