どのスタッフがフレンドリーで懸命にサポートしてくれたこと。

スタッフはベストを尽くして対応してくれましたが、客室数と担当しているマルチタスクを考えると1人ではなく2人必要だと思いました。鍵は2日に1日程度使えなくなり、その都度取り替えてもらう必要がありましたので、それもスタッフの仕事を増やすことになっているのではないかと思います。

The lady at the desk at night when I arrived was a sweetheart

The hotel smelled, and there was hair left in the shower. I told the lady at check-out, and she didn't seem to care. No breakfast left at 7am.
