Lovey quiet spot, easy instructions from host of how to access the property.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable- otherwise a fantastic spot.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and they were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Bed wasn’t amazing, needs to be a tv in the room too where the fan is

Everything was gorgeous. It was so peaceful waking up to a stunning view of the mountains. Everything was clean and homely and we had everything we needed. The house was very warm and the bed was comfortable with plenty of sheets to stay warm. We enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hot tub too. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they checked in on us during our first day there to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The location is close to the CBD while still be far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rotorua.

Beautiful views with a spa and comfortable outside seating to enjoy afterwards

A lovely apartment, just as advertised. The outdoor space was fantastic- it was wonderful to be able to relax there with the view after a busy day and the hot tub was great too. A little distance from Rotorua itself, which had the benefit of no sulphur smells!
