"Great location to explore Rotorua"

The room was well appointed and well maintained. It had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the quiet location and outlook from the covered outdoor deck. The view from the heated spa was great. What a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy sightseeing day. Secure parking was great. The host was very good at communicating with us. The welcome chocolates were an unexpected delicious treat.

The wall fan was noisy to have on while sleeping.

Very sweet, well appointed and comfortable space. Brilliant view. Outdoor spa was pumped and ready to go when we arrived. The location was perfect.

We loved our stay at this beautiful quiet accomodation . Super comfortable, clean, private.. we really appreciated the finer details.. choccies on arrival, facilities were excellent. the spa was amazing, looking out to the mountain.
