Renaissance Residences Oahu Honolulu - Newly Opened 2024

This is a fairly new hotel so it was quiet and the bed comfortable. The ocean view was wonderful. However the staff were constantly apologizing for shortcomings due to not enough staff. The resort fee can be offset by food and drink purchases in the hotel but the coffee shop closed early due to insufficient staff and the room service phone was not answered several times as the staff member was busy elsewhere. The shuttle service did not run as advertised and I ended up getting a taxi back to the hotel on two occasions. The room was not serviced until 5pm and I had to ask for bottled water and for the bed to be made. The location is great for the Ala Moana shopping mall but there is little else in this area.

Everything was excellent except the check-in experience. They kept us waiting for an hour after check-in to get the room keys because the room wasn’t ready until 5pm. The front desk staff seemed careless about their guests waiting for a room.

Amazing room, great view, the location was perfect ! Pool deck was also really great. The room had plenty equipments that were really useful.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Cleaning service was excellent.

The water pressure for shower was terrible. Also, some sraff were not helpful at all.

not so good experience. there is additional fees for parking and ordering room food. the menu is different for in room service compare to in restaurant dining

Great property. Love the washer and dryer and full kitchen. This made the trip absolutely phenomenal along with the view and the close proximity to the mall target and Walmart.
