Apartamento ótimo e muito bem aparelhado. Destaque para o tamanho da cama e o cuidado com a limpeza. Localização ótima em uma rua tranquila e bem servida de restaurantes e supermercado.

O apartamento do fundo é escuro e frio. O box do banheiro não vedava muito bem a água o que fazia com que o banheiro ficasse molhado.

The staff member who greeted me, Carlos, was friendly and very helpful. The place was clean. The location was great and the neighbourhood felt very safe. The roof terrace is a nice place to relax. I appreciated the clothes washing machines (I didn’t see dryers but I had time for clothes to dry). I love the art throughout the building.

My balcony door was tricky to lock and unlock. In the morning, the shower water took a while to get hot - but it did get hot, later in the morning, it got hot faster.

Good location, quiet building, comfortable bed, on site doorman 24/7, laundry, adequate internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, portable heater for those cold nights

Moldy bathroom due to a leak (that they fixed at my request), not so good communication when one has a request via WhatsApp or booking. I had room 402 balcony in back of building and the highway noise was really loud u fortunately through the sliding doors. Advise noise sensitive folks to avoid balconies in the back.

So comfortable, private, safe and nicely decorated. Comfy bed!!!

An adjustable shower head would be nice

I loved the mini kitchen with kettle, microwave, refrigerator, plates, mugs, and silverware. Very comfortable for a multi-day stay. Great location!

It’s a little noisy when folks call to get inside the security door.

Facility was complete, roomy and lovely. Great unused rooftop patio and exercise area. Free laundry was great.

But for security we never saw staff but security answered questions. We did once call the manager and were helped.

El departamento es muy confortable, muy estetico, comodo, tienen todo lo indispensable para que puedas comer ahi y la la terraza es un plus. Puedes salir a caminar y encuentras lugares muy variados para comer.

Notificar que no cuentan con estacinamiento y pooder brindar algunas opciones, el lugar es seguro y pudimos dejar nuestro auto sobre la cera.
