Great walkable location. Very comfortable room.

Only one sitting chair. One of us had to sit in the bed. There is plenty of room for two.

The location was really good, the room was comfortable and it offered all the utilities one needs for a few days in the city. Internet was also good.

The loft room was super dark, it always felt like evening, and the noise from the corridors and some big engine was quite intense sometimes.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to attractions in the area. Additionally, we were there to celebrate my retirement and were greeted with a lovely note and pastures in our room.

We never saw any staff after our check in - other than the security guard at the door.

The room is spacious, comfortable and very nice. The residency services are great, as are the security guards. The location is perfect, lots to do near and great food choices to explore. Maintenance is great. Well equipped kitchen as well.

The wifi was very spotty, practically didnt work for the TV. There is literally a construction happening right outside the window that starts everyday at 9am which makes it very hard to concentrate for work. When I arrived inside the microwave there were still leftovers from previous guest.

I appreciated the excellent lighting. The living/kitchen area doesn’t have windows so good lighting is important. I also appreciated the multiple electrical outlets. We all have numerous electronics so it was great to have so many places to plug in. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and utensils.

It’s great to have a patio but it was quite noisy with utilities for the building located there. A new shower head would be nice.

Good location in Condesa. Fantastic 24-hour security. The room was very clean, shower was hot and the portable heater was appreciated. The host Santiago was kind and efficient.
