Property Notes

Due to a limited amount of space in the restaurant, it is highly recommended to book a table in advance. Please note the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening and all day Tuesday and Wednesday from mid-October to mid-April. For the rest of the year, the restaurant is open every day. On Wednesdays, it is only available for guests, upon prior reservation. Please note from 15 October to 15 April, the reception is open on Tuesdays and Wednesday for check-in from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Charming upmarket hotel in the centre of the village."

The hotel is located in the historic centre of the village; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The hotel has a free secure car park in the hotel grounds and is easily accessible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with good facilities. The hotel itself is superb and is very pleasant with a wonderful ambiance. It also has a large restaurant, where we ate a wonderful four course meal. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of food and beverages.

We kregen een upgrade van kamer omwille van weinig gasten aanwezig. Wondermooie suite met zicht op de Seine.

Eigenlijk niets! Enkel kleine teleurstelling over ontbreken van de uitgebreide degestiefkaart waaruit we vorig jaar wel konden kiezen.

"Une vieille splendeur décatie qui ne tient plus son rang"

Le site splendide en bord de Seine, l'allure générale ancienne de l'hôtel

La vétusté et le mauvais état de notre chambre ( marguerite de bourgogne) : fuite d'eau au plafond ecaillé qui a détrempé la moquette, decoration hors d'age , salle de bain en mauvais état, cet hôtel aurait vraiment besoin de gros travaux ! La classification 3 étoiles est complètement décalée par rapport a la réalité. .

The location is fabulous. Room overlooking the seine was great. The room was slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The food was fabulous, lots of courses (perhaps a bit too many), staff were very nice. The room was very hot due to the weather, but no fan. Breakfast was good.

De ligging in het mooie oude deel van Les Andelys: Le Petit Andely. De uitstraling en vibe van het hotel..Een erg mooi stadsdeel aan de Seine. Ruim parkeren in een mooi Frans binnenhofje. Uitzicht op een eeuwenoude kerk. Zeer ruime kamer. Koninklijk zegmaar.
