La stanza era spaziosa e carina.

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo non era per niente carina. La ragazza non aveva tanta voglia, parlava molto male e veloce inglese. Non si capiva cosa ci voleva dire! Prima domanda: cenate qui e fate colazione qui, non avevamo ancora visto nemmeno la sala per fare colazione. Insomma aveva fretta!

Friendly staff, location near the Seine, the bathroom was nice and big, the beds comfy, it was good for a stay overnight, easy parking.

Only one hour for breakfast, old looking towels.

Superb meal and wine at the restaurant. Lovely big bed with fantastic view over the Seine. Great pillows, loved the decor and ambience and enjoyed the breakfast.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the beautiful Andelys. Although the hotel was a bit dated it didn't matter as it was in keeping with the town. We had dinner on the terrace, right by the river, a perfect location.

Nothing really, it was all enjoyable.

Delicious, creative dinner taken outside on the shady terrace. Fabulous Seine views and promenade. English spoken. Secure parking in courtyard. Lively local bar just across the street.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room, nor bottled water. Interesting individual room decor but bathroom had some loose fittings, shower temperature was unreliable. It was very hot and there's no AC or fan. Unfortunately some local drunks congregated on the river bank just below our window and loudly spoilt the tranquility of the late evening. WiFi showed security issues and was unreliable.
