Maison Marienne - Deluxe B&B

Where do I begin? My fiance and I were so impressed with Teresa, our property manager. She helped us with absolutely everything, from booking our boat tours, a transfer to the airport and calling us a taxi. My fiance lost his phone on one of the buses during our boat tour. Teresa helped us contact everyone from the bus and boat company and we were able to find the phone. She went above and beyond to help us and made our stay in Sorrento so effortless and organised. We had the best experience and hospitality in Sorrento and we highly recommend Teresa and Maison Marienne B&B. The room was well furnished, very clean and the aircon worked very well. The location was a short walk to the town centre. We are so grateful to Teresa for being so welcoming and helpful. It is rare to find such a great host. Thank you! ❤️

This was a convenient stay, but not what you expect from a B&B. We were surprised to find that we were staying in an apartment in a multi story building. The room was very nicely renovated, but for the breakfast we were to walk to a nearby cafe. We were not impressed by the "English" breakfast, though the croissants were very fresh and delicious. I think the description of the property should be more accurate to avoid disappointment.

It was very clean and I love all the technologies they put in like the Bluetooth function in the bathroom. My kids enjoy singing to their music in the shower. The apartment was very spacious for our family of three, lots of sockets to plug in your devices. Not one but two TVs in our apartment. The AC works very well and great WiFi coverage. Lots room to store your items. It is slightly away from the main tourist area but the walk was all worthwhile. The hosts/management Theresa and Jacobo were extra helpful before and throughout the stay and helped us with boat tour booking. We even spent more than half a day just staying in relaxing because it felt so comfy.

Virtually nothing. Maybe a waste basket in the room and a cutting board for the kitchen. The breakfast place is about a 7 minute walk from the bnb so it is not as convenient. I do enjoy their Italian pistachios brioche though.

Comfortable, quiet and clean! Love having a fridge as well. Great location. And great person checking me in!

I never made it to the restaurant for the breakfasts unfortunately, too far in the direction opposite to where I was going. Also didn’t love the use of WhatsApp for communication, though I understand why. But I was using an Italy data-only SIM so no phone number, which meant I had to switch out my SIM for my real one and got dinged with hefty roaming charges.

On the property is well located in Sorrento. The decor of the room is very nice.

They did not provide any soap for the shower. They gave us one small packet of shampoo, which was not enough for two people for showers. Of course, if you took two showers, then you had nothing! not a single bar of soap nor pump bottle of body soap or shampoo or conditioner. In fact, there was no conditioner at all. The owners need to provide lights in the stairways so you can see at night. A security light comes on when you first walk in, but goes off before you can even get to the steps.

This B&B is wonderful; spotlessly clean, bright, well equipped, everything you need. Teresa and the team were very helpful, providing advice and trip options. It's only a few minutes walk from the train station and convenient for Corsa Italia and Piazza Tasso. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, short walk to shopping, beach and restaurants. Yet away from the noise. Loved the patio. Very clean and bright. We enjoy having the extra space. Breakfast was good. They kindly let us check in early and stored our luggage on our departure day. They organized a private driver to take us to naples airport. Excellent communication and accommodating. Highly recommend
