It was lovely & quiet, bed comfortable

The place was lovely and check in was easy! I was greeted by one of the employees who helped us with our bags to the place and showed us where it was. We will definitely stay again if we visit sorrento again!

Staff has done their best to ensure we have a great stay, booked boat tours for us and kept constant contact with us throughout the stay.

The only thing is that the breakfast is down the street at the bar, not at the accommodation. The staff at the bar were very friendly and the breakfast is typical Italian with brioche and cafe.

Modern, large, good bed and shower. Secure. Generous breakfast voucher for very good restaurant, about 10 min walk. Staff very nice to deal with, Jacobo patiently waited for us.

We should have booked the room with the balcony.

Perfect location. Close to city center, but silent place. Jacopo was waiting for us in main street and accompanied us to accommodation. Teresa was helpful if we had any questions. Special thanks to maid, who cleaned the accomodation: everything was perfect clean all days.

Lovely and very clean and bright room. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the Train Station and Sorrento's central area. All communication was done via Whatsapp, Teressa and Jacob were very helpfull from the point of checking in to answerring question and booking tours . Breakfast was included but it was not on site, we were given vouchers to use at a local cafe 3mins walk from the B&B. Breakfast was a drink and pastries. It was not always convenient to get to the cafe for breakfast but luckily the vouchers could be used all day/evening and cafe also stayed open til very late.

Although breakfast was included, it was not always convenient to get to the cafe especially when going on a tour that had an early start. I dont know if the price incorporated the price of breakfast but a suggestion is to give guests option to include/exclude breakfast when booking.

The place was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was great that the blinds allowed you to have the room very dark for sleeping. Jacopo and Teresa were great to communicate with. Loved having a balcony. Location was excellent.

While we thought all of the “smart” electronic features were terrific, the only downside to having a system where the electricity only works when you are in the room is that it’s impossible to charge devices (camera batteries, iPads) when you’re away.
