ORM Catedral & São Bento & Luiz Apartments

Unit didnt have central heating, so it was very cold in February inside. There were two mobile electric heaters we ran all night long to warm the room but it was not enough. There were no thick blankets either. Building and unit also smelled moldy. However location was excellent.

A big bright modern apartment in the very centre of Porto, just 5 min walk from the cathedral and the famous bridge. The communication with the staff was also superb. Can highly recommend.

Location is perfect The apartment is close to most of the tourist attractions, such as, the Porto Cathdral, Luiz bridge, etc. Also, there is a speciality coffee place nearby and they do great coffee for sleep deprived parents. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is situated on level 3 with a lift. It was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and the couch bed was big enough and comfortable for our 5yo and 2 yo. Check in was relatively easy. The staff was very friendly and very responsive.

Everything was fine, clean, comfortable beds. Good location.

One of the bathrooms was missing a sash, water pours in, you have to wipe it off after each time. There was tea and coffee in the room, but the coffee was very unpalatable.

1-They responded us almost immediately. 2-The apartment was very clean and spacious with so much light. 3-Great location 4-Comfy beds with pillow alternatives.

I can't find a thing to write to complain :)

Overall, this apartment is truly great in location, space, cleanliness, flooring, shower facilities, staff service, and so on.

The antique-fashioned door lock is a bit stiff, so it’s hard to turn the key and open it.
