Clear check in instructions. Elevator in building. Perfect location. Walking distance to almost every sight

The aircon in the main bedroom was leaking on the first day., huge puddle of water on timbre flooring. Was told by the host that it would be fixed on the second day but it wasn't, so second night slept without ac. Third day they said it will be fixed again but it leaked again after twenty minutes. So its 3 interrupted sleepnights of laying towels on the floor at 2am soaking up all the water and opening the windows for air.

The location was perfect for exploring the historic centre, the Dom Luis bridge and transfers through Sao Bento railway station.

The lift was problematic. It got stuck between floors on one occasion and on several other occasions it didn't work because the door had been left open by other users on different floors. A sign on the door about the importance of closing the door is not prominent. A new CLOSE THE DOOR sign in large print and at least 2 languages is needed

Location

Difficult to work out the key safe. The TV was very difficult to operate as the instructions were wrong.

The apartment was in a great location, very central and close to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were really spacious, with large windows that overlooked the street. The host responded promptly to any enquiries.

We had booked a room with a balcony, which we didn't get. When we arrived it was a different, it was ok, but not what we thought we had booked. We were told by the host that when we booked they had made it clear what each apartment had to offer, but I couldn't find evidence of that. If you want a room with a balcony or terrace double check your booking. I felt that we were misled. There was a strange smell in the apartment at times.

Location, customer service was prompt and efficient, well designed renovated apartment with everything one would need.

The apartment had been recently renovated, and was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

We wanted two double beds and the sofa bed. On arrival, we were told the sofa bed wasn’t ready and it would be a €15 fee to set the sofa bed up. It wasn’t a sofa bed, it was bedding on a normal sofa.

Very nice and clean apartment. Perfect place for exploring the city. Bus, metro, bridge, river, city center are few steps from apartment. Very good communication with owner. Under the apartment is nice small shop with food and wine. Even though it is located next to the road, it is not very noisy. We had very nice time here.
