Удачное местоположение. Просторная квартира. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Хорошо обставлена, полный комплект кухонных принадлежностей. На полу паркет, что редко встретишь. Проходные выключатели, что тоже очень удобно. Тихий дом. Рядом оживленный перекресток. Мы опытные путешествинники, мы после ЮВА всегда берём с собой восковые беруши. Поэтому оживленный перекресток не мешал нам вечером засыпать :) Гиорги очень вежливый, всегда на связи. На следующий год будем пробовать снова попасть в эту квартиру.

Апартаменты впечатлили своей чистотой и габаритами!Новый ремонт и ничего лишнего.Главное,в квартире нет никаких посторонних неприятных запахов... Есть все необходимое,как для кратковременного,так и для длительного пребывания в Тбилиси. Вид с балкона-просто шикарный!!!!Кушали и любовались природой! Со спальни видна телебашня и колесо обозрения,вечером очень красиво! От центра недалеко,мы ходили пешком до пр.Руставелли(мин 10),там есть станция метро. Георгий очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин!Был с нами 24/7.Спасибо ему за участие и заботу! Будем обязательно рекомендовать другим гостям!

В спальне немного шумно от дороги,но это не испортило нам отдых.

Очень дружелюбный клиентоориентированный хозяин. Подключался к решению любых вопросов, даже не связанных с проживанием. Апартаменты большие, полностью оснащенные мебелью и техникой. Комфортные и чистые. Прямо как дома. Удобное месторасположение.

Окна спальни выходят на проезжую часть - ночью шумно. Но спасали беруши. И здоровый сон)

The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the host was very nice and helpful! It is situated in a very good location, has an exceptional city view from the balcony and mountain view from the bedroom window. Overall I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart

The location is fantastic - an easy walk into the old town whilst also being surrounded by various shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat itself is very spacious and comfortable, with all facilities you could need. The view from the balcony is beautiful too! The hosts are very friendly and extremely quick to respond to any queries.

Giorgi's place was exceptional and must be one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in while on holiday. It's hugely spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels, spare blankets, etc. provided. The apartment is in an ideal location: the neighbourhood has many great cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything else you might want within a few minutes' walk. It's also only a short distance to all Tbilisi's main attractions. I especially loved being able to walk to the Mtatsminda walking paths within ~15 minutes, from which you can easily access, e.g., Turtle lake and the long tourist path to Narikala. As a host, Giorgi went above and beyond: he met me at a very inconvenient time due to my flight arriving after 01:00. He communicated very clearly, was very kind and responsive to my requests, and gave me lots of great recommendations for things to do.

The street outside is noisy pretty much all the time: loud cars, people honking their horns at all hours. Nothing that anyone can do about this of course, but something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper!

Unlike other way more modest apartments in that area this one exceeded my expectation. All kinds of facilities you could think of - iron, clothers drier, all kinds of dishes to eat and drink from or to cook with - are at your disposal, including a decent size dinner table. I like big and quite rooms, never heard any neighboor sounds for two weeks there. Bedroom windows could be totally covered with ligh protective curtains, very useful if you're getting up late. Wonderful view from the living room, especially at night. A lot of grocery stores, bars and restaurants, all kind of shops around. And the host is very friendly and assistive.

A fantastic apartment for a fantastic price. The host was super helpful, answered all the questions and was always ready to help. The location of the apartment was excellent with lots of stores and restaurants nearby while also being close to the center. It is also close to public transport that can take you anywhere around the city. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, kitchen was excellent to cook in and we cooked multiple times during our stay. The extra amenities like a microwave and a washing machine are really nice to have, especially for longer stays. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower felt luxurious. The bedroom had a big and amazingly comfortable bed, both me and my girlfriend loved it and slept like babies in it every single night of our stay. The balcony has an extraordinary, jaw dropping view over the city, with big windows. The Wi-Fi was great and had great coverage and speed across the whole apartment, there was never any slowdown or dropouts. There is nothing bad to say about this apartment, it had everything we wanted and more. Overall Impression, I had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tbilisi. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's a perfect apartment with everything you need while also being cheap and affordable.

Occasional street noise

A confortable appartment, with lots of space and a terrace with a great city view. Spotlessly clean, and a responsive host. Excellent location also.
