The location was great. Right by tram and bus to go into New and Old town or Leith and coastal areas

Living area was very small. We needed the sofa for sleeping and the only other place to sit was table in there. We could only access 4 of 6 chairs. Towels were worn out. Need replacing. Cleaning was B rated

Lounge very cramped and shower in one bedroom not very good but for a couple of days brilliant and would stay again

Lovely place witch located near the city center with lot of turistic atractions around , place is quiet but in same time in 2 min walk you can visit a lots of pubs , restaurants and coffe shops . I highly recomend this place and will visit it again next time !
