Great accommodation - easy access and fully adequate for what was needed whilst working away

Great use of space having 3 bathrooms was heaven for a family our size. There were thoughtful touches like toys and enough dishes. We have a family of 8 and I often find that places that have enough beds don’t necessarily have enough dishes.

The dinning/ family room was really tight, especially when you make up the sofa bed.

Location - very easy access to town via tram Flat - the flat is overall nice. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. It would be perfect if it was better cleaned and maintained.

Cleaning - two of the walk-in showers have mould in the sealants, and the drains were obstructed. We had to clean ourselves one of them, and the one near the living room was impossible to use. The bathrooms are in need of a deep cleaning. Maintenance - bathroom drains as already mentioned; the sofa bed is broken; the kitchen door handle is broken in the inside - we locked ourselves while cooking a few times. Some of the toilet seats don't fit well.

Very good location with the tram stop close by. Nicely furnished appartment.

The living room was too small to accomadate up to 8 guests.

At around 3 am one of the heaters fell off the wall and landed almost near the feet of my sister. Clearly the house is not well maintained. Had a chair wouldn't have been there, it could have resulted in serious injury to her feet. Then hot water started gushing out. There were 2 kids in the house as well with us. It was a horrifying night. We had following other issues during the stay 1 No hot water in bathrooms so we could not take bath and bathrooms were unusable during our stay 2 No toilet roll. We bought our own 3 A guy came to remove the damaged heaters and left the house all messy and dirty which was a serious concern for us since we had a 20 months old toddler with us 4 Also some of us missed a booked tour when the repair guy was there since we didn't want to leave our valuables with the guy. 5. Bathing soap was not there in all the bathrooms We requested a full refund because our stay was terrible and house was unusable for us during the stay but the owner didn't entertain the request

Location was great. Just a bit expensive.

Radiator missing from one of the bedrooms and the room was very very cold. Had no access to back yard.

Decent place, good location. Contained most of the necessary stuff for a furnished apartment.

We tried repeatedly to contact the owner/ leaser as we were getting late on check-in day but received absolutely no response even though we kept leaving voice messages. Owner rented to another group/family on our check out day & they arrived at 10am & claimed the owner had agreed which was inconvenient to both parties; us & the new one. Car parking is a very major problem & for a 3-bed apartment with high charges, there should be some solution for car parking even if at some cost.

Manager Yatin has been very helpful. We got questions well answered. Guidance was provided regarding facilities. Well maintained property, clean and neat.
