*URBAN HOME*- A Terrace Garden Studio Unit

We booked a room and which my showing confirmed booking but the property owner named Himshikhar , called us when we reach the location at time of check-in and informing us that they cancelled our booking and provided the room to others. They are giving excuses that we didn't pay any advance to them and we didn't called them. Infact this is there responsibility to call customer and ask for advance if they needed. But they didn't. And the Owner of the property Himshikhar's behaviour was very rude and they are blaming us for the cancellation. Infact they cancelled room without informing us. Not provided this type of Homestay to others. That's a good experience for this kind of peoples around us..
