The cleanliness

I had to text him every time I wanted the heating on.... In the morning when I was going to have a shower there was no way to turn the hot water on,until later the host told me I had to pull the cord in the bathroom. ¿How come will I know that?it was too late I couldn't get a shower. Please note that outside UK the is no such thing in the bathroom,Europeans usually don't know,why did the host left that turned off?anyway,in general was ok.

Very clean and tidy. Lovely room.

There was supposed to be free Internet but it wasn't working. I asked repeatedly for how to join the internet but wasn't given clear instructions

Comfy bed, use of kitchen, easy to access, close to park and ride, on main bus route

Bit noisy on main road, was not keen on the 3 in 1 coffee supplied which already included milk and sugar. Separate would be better to cater for most people. Water pressure needs attention. Ok on ground but apparently issues upstairs.

By front door an noise from all doors opening and closing g and people walking around above kept me up at night sadly

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower tiny. There was black mold on the shower ceiling.
