"Very good"

Good communication, and friendly staff. Safe secure free Parking Garden area to sit in.

Milk was warm for our cereal and yoghurts, but it had been a hot day. Would of like it if it was full English breakfast on the menu.

"Comfortable, clean accommodation"

Location was good. Secure parking . Comfortable bed in clean room

Sofa in room needs replacing as extremely uncomfortable. Impossible to watch TV as it is positioned too high (ceiling level)

Location ideal for visit to NT properties at Speke Hall and also the Beetles Childhood homes in Liverpool. Would also be good for onward travel from John Lennon Airport.

"Lovely, peaceful B and B in nice village location"

We had a very warm welcome. The host was very friendly and super helpful. The bedroom and shower room were both comfortable and very clean. Although it is so near the airport we were not disturbed by noise. A good choice for breakfast - cereals, breads to toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and fruit juice. We look forward to returning when we next visit family in Liverpool.

After our original got double booked they found us this place & OMG. It's absolutely beautiful . Watching the planes come in. Fantastic facilities. Breakfast was just perfect. Clean. Friendly host was outstanding & made are stay perfect. Would highly recommend

Absolutely nothing pubs near by shops near everything was just perfect
