Not a whole lot to like to be honest

The property was filthy. The kitchen benches and stove where dirty. There where holes in most the walls. There was barely any kitchen equipment. Basically all The furniture was falling apart. There was rubbish left In some of the cupboards and in the backyard. We also found a pair of dirty underwear in one of the bedrooms. The showers had mold in the bottom. Not a good stay for the money.

Facilities were new and had everything we needed was clean and spacious

Upstairs had no air-conditioning therefore was terribly hot

Tidy clean and comfortable

Well if your not a Aucklander like me and chose this very location was great especially if your from out of town and you just need to hit the motorway heading back towards the bay. We choose this place especially to keep us away from extra off ramps changing of multiple lanes and so forth. It was a planned family trip so having to use google maps directly to the city and also to our destinations only in between was great and google maps back to our Airbnb was amazing. We picked up all that we needed to take back to our accommodation. Saved us from having to venture out then we should.

Ground floor communal area lacking a bit in the cleaning side of things. Crockery such as large dinner plates had spots of food on plates and a few utensils. Would be from previous guest. But this would come back to the cleaning team. Linoleum floors could have done with a mop before new guest had arrive. Notice when I walked through front door. Floors were quite grubby. Banister leading up to second floor was visible of grime. Couple of already broken side drawers broken one in room with the two single beds and also master bedroom. Lounge sofa uncomfortable and lining of cover for seat is coming off and zip broken. Other then that cannot fault for anything else other then keep up the cleaning aspects! There are 5 units if you have a 7 seater suv you will be lucky to get it into attached garage as the space is so small. Unless you can manoeuvre then no worries. However great stay🙂
