The modern facilities and bathrooms were great, as well as the kitchen & door bell camera.

You could hear everything between rooms and from outside.

Location and layout was good.

Both showers were blocked, hair clogged, shower heads gushing leaks. Ceiling and walls were dirty. Ledges dirty on stair case. Not many dishes available. Hardly any cloths or tea towels. (Only 1) Wifi didn't work until the last evening which was pretty much end of stay. Laundry condensation was bad. Just not quite value for money.

Location, Great communication from owner re getting entry etc to the unit. Was easy to find off the motorway Everything there we needed and more - very comfortable unit Would happily use facility again

Parking was a bit of an issue, did have the use of the garage, but wasn't accessible for my vehicle, off-street parking wasn't an option as it is a narrow shared driveway. However, had no issues with parking out on the road. With units all being so close, there was some with noise throughout the night but not overly major.

Nice home, comfy beds, quiet location, good facilities

The beds were made up for summer not winter and there were no additional blankets for warmth.

It was easy for us to find because we have stayed there before.

The bedding. The sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept sliding up. The bedding was not sufficient, it was thin and the extra blankets were synthetic and polorfleece which was not warm. We had to turn the heating up yet usually like to sleep in a cool room. Also needs more cups, glasses and plates...

It was a nice house, with excellent furnished things, like the beds, the cupboards. The wifi was extremely good, and I also like the washing machine and tumble dryer. With parking space problems, it was handy that it had a garage as well.

The cleaning things inside the kitchen was short. I would suggest a washing sponge or cloth to add to your kitchen. The kitchen had the bear minimum which was fine. I could cook with it, I am use to make a plan.

The property has served our needs in terms of functionality and location.

Lack of communication. I was not informed of the checkout time. We were preparing to check out by noon but was surprised when the cleaners came knocking at around 10 am. We were given half an hour to pack up and leave.

Clean and spacious.

The property lacked kitchen appliances and the pots didn’t have lids. The bins lacked liners.
