It was perfectly situated, very neat and comfortable.

Had to climb stairs.

Attentive host. Prompt responses to queries. Accomodation as described on booking. Extremely clean accommodation and very friendly and efficient staff from the cleaners to the security guards. Brilliant location for shops, beaches, eating places and night life - all within walking distance. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Location and decor.

The place was present with easy check-in. It was unfortunate that we didn't have electricity during really hot nights, and the inverter only powered the TV and WIFI.. it would have been nice if it powered at least 1 light in the lounge. The location was great.

I really liked how the it was furnished. Was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was clean We also really liked the little sea view we had. Overall, it's a great little flat, would definitely come back

There are a few things: The pumping music from brown sugar at oceans mall was ridiculous. Struggled to fall asleep. There shouldn't be a night club in a mall and especially the location it ls in The room temperature- the fans pretty much did nothing, and the main rooms aircon didn't work at all, it just blew weak air. Made it very hard to fall asleep especially with Durbans heat The curtains the curtains in the room didn't block out any sun, the rooms were completely lit up when the sun came out.

I liked the pool, the spacious living room.

The water was dripping from the aircon in the bedroom. The house keeping was not really up to standard. Cleaning was not good.

Everything about the place it was quite and nice
