We were very cold in the apartment until we asked the doorman — who provided a space heater. Once we had that, the apartment was comfortable.

The apartment had everything we needed and Veronica was very helpful.

Great room and location.

Location was great ! Great neighborhood with lots of chic cafes and restaurants in walking distance

The floor rugs were dirty and needed some deep cleaning. We had to wait 20 minutes each between the 4 of us to take a bath because the water would not heat up in time .. the shower in one bath has very low pressure and slow water output so we landed up taking showers in the master bath only . The bathroom fixtures were loose and the paint was chipping off from the walls . Could Benefit from some improvements. There were 2 mini heaters provided one of which did not work at all and was pretty cold at night . We were advised to use only one heater at a time due to voltage issues and our breaker tripped a couple of times and short time loss of power . It is an older building we were told . The host Carmen was pretty good to respond to our concerns .

Convenient location to lots of restaurants and transportation.

Our place had an awkward layout & tightly compacted so you can hear your neighbors taking a shower or talking .

Located in a very clean and safe area, 24-hour front desk, nice and friendly staff. It is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room to stretch out.

The wifi was spotty at times, and the water pressure was not the best, though overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Not idea as we did not get to stay here.

We were booked in for three days but before a day or two before we were due to go, we were told they no longer could take short stay bookings and we were given other options. However, they were still taking g short term stays on Booking.Com. I think they over booked on purpose and then move you to less popular hotels. Not happy. The photos of Laredo look nice, we just did t get to stay

I loved the bed, so comfortable and had a full smart tv which was so nice to use when we wanted to rest. Amazing location, in between two parks, right by multiple restaurants and we walked all over.

Wish there had been a couch in the living room rather than uncomfortable chairs, but loved it.
