Staff were friendly and polite.

The pillows were way too hard and this coupled with the fact that hotel is on a busy and noisy road (a lack of sound proofing) did not make for the best nights sleep. Everything in the spa needs to be pre-booked - a detail that does not appear on booking.com There was a bad smell in the corridors which was trying to be masked with unpleasant air freshener. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was inadequate. A small selection of items at the buffet which I had to ask to be replenished despite there only being 4 guests at breakfast that day. It would be a disaster if the hotel was busy.

breakfast could be better and for eastern europeans the sauna was a bit too "lightweight" but as it's programmable then maybe ask the client before.

The size of the room was good but badly designed.

The location of the hotel is rather impractical and in an area which was a bit rough and dirty. The room was big enough but very badly designed with people having to pass through the shower to accès the bathroom. The toilet and mirror ( only one in the bathroom) were very high. I couldn’t see all my face in the mirror and couldn’t touch the floor sitting on the toilet. I’m 1m62 average height. Very strange I never experienced this before.

We came for an anniversary night away and we loved it. The couples massage by Giusy and Stella was beautiful (I loved the heated bed and sheet - though my boyfriend found it a bit too hot), and the atmosphere and decor of both the spa and the massage room was very serene. There was prepared fruit and biscuits, and a selection of drinks in the spa as well. The size of the room was great, with a little balcony, a kitchenette, a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The sofa was comfortable, there was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom - and they had YouTube, netflix etc on them. However there was only one hook in the whole place, in the bathroom. Not the most convenient. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom smelled horrible. Really musty and no matter what we did, we couldn't clear it. Also, there was no free water, tea, or coffee. Breakfast was nice, but nothing exciting. It's the standard offering of a few biscuits, toast, yoghurt, croissants and fruit. As the hotel has no restaurant, there was no hot breakfast. All-in-all, we would definitely come back again, we had a lovely time, and the staff were all nice and welcoming.
