Bad location, very loud road not a lot to like but friendly staff

The photos if the property are misleading and makes it look more luxurious than it is. Jacuzzi on the roof cold and no other available FOC. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast sub standard juice no fresh hot food in the morning.

We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. She stayed with us for six days until she was taken by medivac back home to the U.K. Through it all, the hotel was kind, generous and understanding about this unusual situation. The staff and hotel owner were helpful in so many ways, it’s almost impossible to list them. The range of kindness goes from members of the front desk staff (thank you, Serena) interpreting to English from Italian when we dealing with local medical people; the cleaning staff, who accepted a larger demand on their services due to the special circumstances; to the owner, Andrea, who also gave his support in multiple ways. We’d also like to thank Giuseppe, another front desk person who couldn’t do enough from start to finish. We hope one day soon to come back to the hotel and enjoy the spa under more usual circumstances.

Spectacular! Beautiful, clean and modern hotel in a gorgeous mountain town. We loved our stay and can’t recommend enough this hotel. The spa is lovely and the rooftop terrace is fabulous. We will be back!

Pessima esperienza, stanza puzzolente di fogna e chiuso, jacuzzi molto scivolosa e a rischio caduta come è accaduto con trauma alla schiena. Vacanza finita nel giro di poche ore. Personale della reception molto gentile, ma nessun interesse e relative scuse dalla direzione.

The atmosphere in the hotel is good, there is soft music playing and it smells very good. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices. Staff at the breakfast was nice and gave their best to offer all the food all the time for everyone. We booked a massage - this was really relaxing. The two girls did a great job, we highly recommend to book one too there. The rooftop area is nice too. It's the same place where you have breakfast. You can spend your time there - not a lot of people use it, which is sad. It is a selfservice hotel - so there is staff around but the bar at the rooftop is only available if you asked. Overall it's not much going on - it feels like you are alone all the time.

When we arrived we asked if there is a place to eat late lunch or a snack. Unfortunately there is not a lot around. We ended up buying some food at Conad, which is just a supermarket around the corner and enjoyed our snack in the rooftop area. Alcamo itself is not really ours. There is not much to do. But it is a quite good location to explore between Palermo and Trapani. Mattresses are too soft. We asked for another room, but unfortunately didn't get any answer from the front office if there is another room with a better mattress.

La struttura si presenta moderna e degna di un hotel di categoria superiore, ci sono però delle piccole pecche che ne compromettono l'eccellenza. La pulizia ottima in camera non era allo stesso livello nelle aree comuni ed in particolare nel terrazzo colazione e solarium con jacuzzi. Il personale gentile e disponibile ma in alcuni momenti sembra improvvisato. La nostra suite secondo descrizione avrebbe dovuto avere la vasca idromassaggio ma era presente solo la doccia e la luce del bagno era collegata ad un aspiratore davvero molto rumoroso. Set di cortesia essenziali. In generale consiglierei la struttura se fosse ad un buon prezzo. Per la cifra pagata da noi il rapporto qualità prezzo è certamente sfavorevole e non mi spingerebbe a prenotare ancora

I chose this SPA from TripAdvisor. Seeing the wonderful design and attention to detail we decided to travel for an hour and come from Palermo. We couldn't even imagine that such a hotel could offer the worst massage we have ever had. We are passionate about massage and have had the chance to experience it in different countries, but none of them have been so humiliating in terms of cost and value and expectations too. They put a huge sheet on us and to do the belly massage they put their hand under the half meter of fabric that was hanging from the bed: / not to mention it wasn't even close to a massage but just spreading huge quantities of oil all over us, not the slightest pressure on the muscles and not even above the knees… Surely non recommended for massage…

The hotel is just perfect. We had the best breakfast delivered in the room every morning and the spa treatment including relaxing massage was amazing. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Sicily.
