The best hotel in Canggu. Staff is very kind and polite. Help with everything. Hotel is new and modern. At the rooftop is very delicious restaurant. Rooms are very clean and cozy. There is kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The big and comfortable king size bed. Very quiet. Balcony with beautiful views. 10/10. My best recommendations

Очень комфортный отель. В номере есть все что нужно. Кухня с техникой, огромная комфортная кровать, очень чисто, комфортно и уютно . Балкон с прекрасным видом на сад. Тихо. В отеле есть вкусный ресторан на верху.

"SCAM- no pet friendly"

SCAM if you travel with dogs! They are not pet-friendly. They claim to accept pets, but when you arrive they charge you nearly €100… a complete scam.

They try to take your money and won’t refund you — it’s a scam.

"The water gave me a very bad rash all over my body and the staff did nothing to help after I told them."

Staff is friendly but don’t have any follow through on requests or questions. The app didn’t work for room service. The water of the building gave me a DISGUSTING rash all over my body - painful and itchy.

Хорошие, свежие номера. Отличное расположение. Персонал во всем помогал.

Все время пребывания чинили то бассейн, то сауну, то ледяную ванну) И все по чуть-чуть. Наверное, лучше бы было закрыть всю зону ненадолго и разом привести все в порядок

Krásné prostory s klidným duchem, čisté moderní pokoje, perfektně vybavená kuchyň, spalo se nám skvěle, postele pohodlné, přes noc bylo ticho, v ubytování je dostupný bazén i menší fitko, moc milý personál, výborné snídaně, skvělé kafe, krásný výhled z restaurace! ❤️ Nemůžeme se dočkat až se opět vrátíme!

…mrzelo nás, že musíme odjet,…
