Everything was very good! Spacious room, ocean view, breakfast, steam sauna and gym. Location is great.

Dry sauna and swimming pool were out of order and in the room next to our there was drilling and some renovations. I was working, but it wssn't that problematic. We weren't aware that swimking pool will be out of order until we came to hotel. Hotel provided spare swimmin pool in their second place 5 minutes scooter from our hotel, which is nice. However, still there is difference in going to swimming pool from your room (near) and to driving there. Despite that I must admit that in normal period I would give 10, especialy there was a blender in room so we could buy fruits on market and do juices on our own. In the end we extended our stay.

Facilities

Not accommodating and problematic, sauna out of order - no information about it when booking. Then no information about the opening times. Staff couldn’t find my booking so late texts requiring confirmation etc

The reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful and professional. Always responding promptly and efficiently.

The restaurant was unprofessional inefficient and a bit disgusting. On one occasion I believe I was served faucet water. I only sipped it and put it down immediately. One day I went up for breakfast and they told me they couldn’t serve Mr because they had an event. I had to go back to my room and wait for them to bring the breakfast to me. On another occasion I went to the restaurant to purchase an ice cream bar and they tried to charge me a room service fee. When I complained I was told it was already in the computer. Shameful! The restaurant was 100% empty at the time. Wonder why.

Все чудово: і локація, і сам готель, і персонал. Поруч є великий супер-маркет, багато маленьких магазинів та купа ресторанів. До моря теж недалеко. Хороші сніданки, стабільний та швидкий wi-fi.

Холодильник використовувався готелем як міні-бар, але вони не були проти коли ми поставили туди свої продукти, а їх виставили у кімнату. Можливо, ще б хотілось мати робочий стіл.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in Canggu! The location is perfect, with a huge number of beach clubs and restaurants just nearby. The hotel has everything you need for a great stay. No excessive humidity, no insects, and none of the common Bali issues, which made the experience even more comfortable. There is also a fantastic restaurant on the top floor. The service and staff are simply outstanding. Highly recommend. I will definitely come back again.
