Nice room. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Finding room was a little difficult and parking not great (hotel check in staff unable to identify room location in large building so ended up parked no where near the room). The fact that full resort access was not included in the price was not communicated. Room description was not 100% accurate - said we would have pool view but you could not see the pool from the room or the outside area.

The room is beautiful. However, it is privately owned and NOT managed by the hotel. This means that facilities are limited and it does NOT include house keeping or other amenities.

The description was misleading. It took 1.5 hours to check in. Poorly managed. Booking has not responded to allowing false claims.

I didn’t eat breakfast because we had to leave very early in the morning.

It was a bit difficult to find the room at first. The building number was different on the outside as you enter.

"Rip off"

Big room with porch

The hot tub area next to our room did not work- we could not get in. The staff brought us a new key but later the groundskeeper said the battery on the door was not working. Manu people were frustrated not to be able to get in. I paid a large resort fee and the resort was not kept up

Nice property with a great staff. It’s confidently located in Carlsbad so it’s around wonderful shops and restaurants. Nice golf course on site as well. Our room was so nice and right across from a nice Jacuzzi. We also had a big patio. We loved the room and the location. It was updated and modern. We loved it!

The only thing I didn’t like was the check in. For some reason, our room was part of some timeshare so we couldn’t check in until a firm time of 4pm. We were very confused because there was no mention about this when we booked with booking.com. I think this is more on booking than the resort.
