"It was nice, but not worth the price."

Location. First floor access. Bathroom had a separate room for the toilet. Soaking tub. Two sinks. Fireplace. Patio. High ceilings. Ceiling fan. Wine glasses. High quality shampoo and conditioner. Cotton balls and qtips.

Guests who book on 3rd party sites are not allowed to use the main pools. Leaking from bathroom ceiling. Shower door broken/won't close. Parking was far from villa and taken up by event parking. Door to refrigerator was broken. Outdated room. Bed was squeaky and moved on wheels.

"Worst experience ever I will never book again"

Worst experience ever

The reservation doesn’t state that as a guest you are not allowed to use hotel facilities I was forced to purchase a resort pass just to use the hotel pool which was $500 for a cabana the only way to access pool room was never ready so I never stayed since I was only allowed to use cabana until 2pm I had to drive home I would like all my money back including the $500 for resort pass

Location

Staff not particularly friendly (mind you : I refer to whoever rents this villa out , which is NOT the same as the staff of the resort. The latter is wonderful.

Room and amenities are top notch , bed was comfortable and location is prime.

Water pressure in shower could have been a lil bit higher . This place is a gem and it's the 2nd time I've been in this room since March . Favorite place to stay when I'm in town.

"Nice little spot at the OMNI away from the hustle and bustle"

The OMNI is gorgeous. The villa was cute, though a little dark.

I wish there was more lighting, especially in the bathroom.
