Coastal Retreat by TPA & Stadium

The AC did not work, was more humid in side than out and the place smelt like smoke. We did not stay. Ended up spending a few thousand to find a place as everything was book. I received some of my funds back and it all left a bad taste in my mouth and would not recommend. Booking at one point said they would get me my funds back and then latter did not and I had to negotiate with the owner who was or is in it as a money grab. I am a good person and just did not want to keep having a bad vacation so I too a hit and left the money on the table. Would never recommend

The place did not live up to what it was to be, I smelt of smoke and AC did not work. Was not able to get a full refund and kept being interrupted with messages that required me to rely with in a specific time while on my vacation. making the trip very expensive and not fun. I would of though Book would of had my back but they sent me direct to the owner who was nice and present but not willing to return all my funds and not what I wanted to mess with on my vacation. Not a pleasant time dealing with them or booking.

It was a cute little place. Loved the location and everything was so close by.

I didn’t like the side walk next to where you parked. I fell About 4 times and cut my knee open and when i was Sleeping the side table fell and the lap broke off but other than that the place and people were amazing and nice. Def would recommend

It was close to downtown about 13-16 minutes away.

I didn’t like how the photos and details show as if it’s a whole house you’ll be renting and it’s only a room. The walkway to get to the room was behind the house through a gate and very dark, Didn’t feel the safest only staying in a shared space with others. Be careful when reserving this space, make sure it’s the entire house option and not just a room.

The location is amazing! So close to stores, restaurants, and the stadium, plus the neighborhood is very quiet. The house also had a lot of kitchen appliances if you’re eating in. Chris and Rachel were awesome and responsive hosts.

The place could have used a little more deep cleaning, but clean overall. Upon walking into the home it kind of smelled like a cat was living there. A couple extra full sized towels would have been nice as well.
