"Definitely not “luxury”"

Only 15mins away from the Warner Bros Studios and free parking.

They messaged 1am the same day we were going, to say we needed to pay £200 deposit before we would get the check in info (we had been unaware of this policy, I have complained to booking,com that they need to make the “important information” section a lot clearer before booking. It was returned within a few days though)… The place smelled a little fusty. The en-suite bathroom door was damp/mouldy. The sofa bed is just a long sofa, it’s not a bed at all. There wasn’t any bottom sheet to put on the sofa either, we just used one of the throws from the beds. The spare socket next to one of the beds was unusable due to something being stuck inside. If you have a large vehicle you might struggle with the parking, there not much room to manoeuvre.
